Best Western Plus Aberdeen

Check in was easy and the fellow was very informative about the property amenities. We stayed on 01/31 for 1 night in a King room with fireplace and jetted tub, which was huge and therefor awesome. We got in the room at 5pm and I claimed dibs on the tub with my 2-yr old granddaughter. We ended up running hot water only, because it just wasn't very hot. The next morning the hot water was HOT. Quality linens and a comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast room off of the lobby had a good quality breakfast with lots of choices, not just the standard fare. There were breads and pastries, cereal, and fruit, hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, and all kinds of bread spreads from PB/J to Nutella. PLUS, they served hot scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes, biscuits and gravy, the obligatory waffle machines and even a cappuccino machine!

Steve at the front desk was great. We had to check out really early and he provided a '"to go" breakfast bag for us to take. He was friendly, personable, kind, and had us out the door in no time. Couldn't have asked for a nicer experience.

Breakfast was great, staff kept everything stocked. Bed was comfortable and room had ample space to move about and store items.

INTUITIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL UNIT. NICE DARK QUIET ROOM FOR SLEEPING. FRESH AND CLEAN FROM FIRST STEP INSIDE. ROOM SIZE GENEROUS COMPARED WITH MY LAST 20 HOTEL STAYS.

This was a clean updated hotel. The carpets were clean, the breakfast was hot with attentive smiling employees. The rooms were updated and clean. Even though the hotel was booked full we felt welcomed at each interaction. Aberdeen is lucky to have Best Western there.
